Unicapp handles pickups and deliveries for Instagram sellers and small D2C brands in Delhi.

Big brands already have quick commerce channels. Small brands don’t, and we want to change that.

We’re looking for our first operations hire. Someone to build this with us for the long run.

What you’ll do:

• Run daily pickups and deliveries with our riders and courier partners
• Handle seller and customer queries when things go off track
• Design how our ops scales: SOPs, routes, current delivery partners, cost per order
• Set up the numbers we track, so we know what’s working

Who we’re looking for:

• Organised, and calm on calls
• Comfortable being on ground in Delhi
• Freshers and MBAs both welcome
• Wants to grow with a startup from day one

What you get:

• ₹25k/month (₹20k fixed + ₹5k performance), with ownership as we grow
• Full time, with a 3 month probation
• You’ll work directly with the founders
• You start with daily ops and grow into leading operations as Unicapp grows
