Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer with over 10 years of experience in performance testing, specifically using JMeter and BlazeMeter. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in manual testing and a proven track record of ensuring the quality and performance of software applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance test plans and test cases using JMeter and BlazeMeter.
• Analyze performance test results and provide actionable insights to development teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
• Conduct manual testing to ensure software quality and functionality.
• Document test cases, test results, and defects in a clear and concise manner.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on performance-related issues.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in performance testing.





Mandatory Skills

• 10+ years of experience in performance testing.
• Proficiency in JMeter is a deal breaker.
• Experience with BlazeMeter for cloud-based performance testing.
• Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other performance testing tools.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Groovy, Java).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in performance testing are a plus.
