Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 6–7 years of experience in the real estate industry to manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate office and project-site requirements. The candidate should have a strong understanding of real estate hiring, industry talent mapping, senior-level recruitment, and stakeholder management.
The ideal candidate will have experience hiring for Sales, CRM, Marketing, Projects, Construction, Architecture, Finance, Legal, Liaisoning, Purchase, and Administration functions.
Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Recruitment
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from manpower requisition and sourcing to screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

2. Real Estate-Specific Hiring
• Recruit professionals for residential, commercial, retail, and group housing projects.
• Understand real estate industry designations,



project structures, functional requirements, and relevant market talent pools.
• Maintain a database of candidates from real estate developers, builders, property management companies, and allied industries.

3. Talent Sourcing & Market Mapping
• Use Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, qualified networks, and other recruitment channels.

4. Stakeholder Management
• Coordinate with HODs, department heads, project heads, and senior management to understand hiring requirements.
• Obtain clear job specifications, experience criteria, salary budgets, and selection timelines before initiating recruitment.
• Schedule interviews, collect feedback, and coordinate subsequent interview rounds.

5. Recruitment MIS & Reporting
• Maintain daily and weekly recruitment trackers, interview schedules, offer status, joining status, and vacancy reports.
• Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire,
