WHO WE ARE
MapleCare is the AI operating platform for home care agencies — built by home care insiders, for home care owners. One of our strategic advisors owns and operates a home care agency herself; the platform was born inside her agency long before it was ever offered to anyone else. We are the only AI-native platform in the industry that can say that.
One platform covering the whole agency: AI-driven caregiver recruiting and compliance, 24/7 shift monitoring and scheduling, and a front office where every call is answered and every lead is worked.

WHY THIS SEAT IS SET UP TO WIN
• A story that opens doors. Our platform was shaped by an operator who has lived every 2 AM callout and every no-show interview. When you call an agency owner, you're not pitching a theory of their business — you're describing their life back to them.
• A target list handed to you. No list-building, no data wrangling. You get a complete, enriched universe of US home care agencies. Your job starts at the dial.
• Customers who vouch loudly.

Owners tell us the platform changed their lives. You'll have references and proof points doing real work on every call.
• A path up. One of the first sales hires. Deliver, and this seat grows into senior SDR, team lead, or AE.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Your job is simple to describe and hard to do: cold call US home care agency owners, book qualified demos for our founders and closing team, and make sure those demos actually happen.
You'll be measured on two numbers — demos booked and demos held. Not calls logged, not emails sent. Booked and held.
This is a phone-first role worked on US business hours — an overnight shift from India, aligned to US time zones. If that's a dealbreaker, this isn't the role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Cold call every day, at high volume, from the target list we provide. This is the heartbeat of the role
• Earn a busy owner's attention in the first 30 seconds, surface their real pai
