Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Delhi.

1) Visit potential publishers and prospective partners within the assigned field area.
2) Introduce the company and clearly explain the platform, its features, benefits, and
onboarding process.
3) Identify potential publishers, generate leads, and build a solid local publisher network.
4)



Convince interested publishers to join and onboard onto the platform.
5) Complete publisher registrations and assist publishers throughout the onboarding
process.
6) Follow up regularly with interested publishers and leads to ensure successful conversion
and onboarding.
7) Build and maintain professional, long-term relationships with publishers and potential
partners.
8) Address basic queries from publishers and coordinate with the internal team whenever
additional support or issue resolution is required.
9) Maintain an accurate daily record of field visits, leads generated, follow-ups, interested
publishers, and completed onboardings.
10) Work toward and achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly publisher onboarding
targets.
11) Provide regular field feedback and updates to the internal team regarding publisher
requirements, concerns, and opportunities.
