Salary: ₹11–15 LPA CTC, fixed + performance-based variable
Location: Mumbai preferred. Open to strong candidates elsewhere in India who can travel for customer visits.
Languages: English and Hindi. Gujarati or Marathi is a strong plus.
Type: Full-time, 1–4 years' experience, reports to the founder

About Reva
Reva is an AI workspace for jewellery businesses, built by Ritava Labs, a US-based software company.
Our customers are jewellery wholesalers, manufacturers and retailers, mostly family-run businesses in markets like Mumbai's Zaveri Bazaar. They run on WhatsApp, phone calls and paper registers, and many owners are not tech-savvy. Reva brings their customer chats, orders, follow-ups and team work into one place, so nothing slips through.
Reva is already live with jewellery businesses in Mumbai, Kolkata, and Hyderabad.

Why this role exists
Most owners haven't used anything like Reva. They understand it best when someone sits with them, shows how it fits their own business, and stays with them while their team starts using it.
That's this role.



You'll be one of the key people in India helping businesses understand Reva, get set up, and actually use it day to day.

What you'll do
• Show Reva to jewellery owners and their teams, in person and on video, independently and alongside the founder.
• Meet owners in person, especially when multiple family members or decision-makers are involved.
• Follow up consistently so every interested business has a clear next step.
• Set up new customers and help their teams start using Reva.
• Train owners and staff, one-on-one and in small groups.
• Check in with active customers regularly to make sure their teams are using Reva successfully.
• Find new jewellery businesses through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, referrals and in-person visits.
• Share explicit customer feedback with the founder, including what customers love, what confuses them, and what they ask for.
• Work closely with the founder on product feedback and implementation
