Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining robust client relationships,



and driving revenue growth within the logistics and freight sector. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts and pricing, and collaborating with operations and customer service teams to design tailored logistics solutions. The Business Development Manager will monitor market trends and competitor activity, provide accurate sales forecasts, and ensure that client expectations are met through consistent communication and follow-up.
