Role Description The Senior Business Development Associate is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving growth and partnerships for Know Your Careers. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting market research to understand student and institutional needs, and building relationships with colleges, universities, and other strategic partners.



The role involves developing and delivering presentations to prospective clients, coordinating follow-ups, and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools. The associate collaborates with internal teams to refine offerings, supports negotiations, and contributes to revenue targets and expansion strategies while representing the brand in a professional and consultative manner.
