The role
We’re hiring a Junior Company Secretary (qualified ACS, 1–3 years post-qualification) to own the day-to-day secretarial and ROC workstream across our client portfolio. You’ll work directly with the Managing Partner and get hands-on exposure to FDI structuring, cross-border incorporations, and FEMA compliance from Day 1.

What you’ll do
• Drive incorporations end-to-end: SPICe+ Part A/B, AGILE-PRO, MoA/AoA drafting, DSC/DIN, bank account opening coordination, INC-20A commencement filings
• Handle annual ROC compliance across the portfolio: AOC-4, MGT-7/7A, DIR-3 KYC, DPT-3, ADT-1, board meeting minutes, statutory registers
• FEMA filings: FC-GPR (Form) for share allotments to non-residents, FC-TRS for share transfers, FLA return, Single Master Form (SMF) on the FIRMS portal,



annual return on foreign liabilities and assets
• Draft and review board resolutions, shareholder resolutions, EGM notices, and secretarial compliance certificates
• Coordinate with external PCS for certifications requiring Certificate of Practice signature
• Maintain the compliance calendar across all clients — nothing missed, nothing late
• Support the Managing Partner on structuring calls for new WOS/Branch/LO setups

Must-have
• Qualified Company Secretary (ACS membership)
• 1–3 years post-qualification experience in a CA firm, CS firm, or in-house corporate secretarial team
• Hands-on experience with MCA v3 portal, SPICe+ filings, and ROC annual compliance
• Explicit written English — you’ll draft resolutions and client-facing emails
• Comfort with Excel and compliance management software
