Role DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Director of Sales (Head of Department) to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in the Bengaluru hospitality market, preferably with established market connections and experience in the Whitefield and surrounding business corridors.
The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, managing key accounts, strengthening corporate relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across relevant market segments.




Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent performance.
• Drive corporate, MICE, social events, and other relevant business segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel management companies, event planners, and key industry partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships within Bengaluru, particularly Whitefield and the surrounding IT and commercial hubs.
• Manage sales pipelines, revenue forecasting, pricing strategies, and business development initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business performance to identify growth opportunities.
