Job SummaryMantraCare is looking for an experienced and results-driven Head of Business Development – International to lead our global business development initiatives and expand our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), corporate wellness, and digital healthcare solutions across international markets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international B2B sales, strategic partnerships, corporate client acquisition, and team leadership. This role will be responsible for developing market expansion strategies, building relationships with global decision-makers, leading international business development teams, and driving revenue growth across multiple regions.
The candidate will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify recent business opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and strengthen MantraCare’s presence in global markets.
Key Responsibilities1.



International Business Development & Market Expansion• Develop and execute international business development strategies to expand MantraCare’s EAP, corporate wellness, and digital healthcare services.
• Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and potential business opportunities across international regions.
• Build relationships with multinational corporations, HR leaders, CHROs, insurance providers, brokers, consultants, and strategic partners.
• Lead high-value B2B sales discussions, presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.
• Develop strategic partnerships to accelerate market entry and long-term business growth.
• Monitor international market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities.

2. International Team Leadership• Lead, mentor, and manage international business development teams across different markets and time zones.
