Role Description The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will lead the overall technology vision and execution for Esse India, aligning digital initiatives with business goals in the immigration and visa consulting domain. This full-time, in office role is based in Canada and involves overseeing software and product development, defining IT strategy, and guiding technology architecture to support scalable, secure, and efficient operations.



The CTO will manage cross-functional technology teams, prioritize projects, and ensure timely delivery of technology solutions that enhance client experience and internal workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating and implementing new platforms and tools, optimizing existing systems, collaborating with leadership on digital transformation, managing technology budgets, and ensuring compliance with relevant data protection and security standards. The role also involves mentoring team members, establishing best practices, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
