Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer with 10-15 years of experience in manual testing, specifically with a strong focus on Pega. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications through comprehensive testing strategies and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Pega applications.
• Perform thorough manual testing, including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide input on testability and quality aspects.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices throughout the testing lifecycle.




• Mentor junior QA team members and provide guidance on testing methodologies.

Mandatory Skills

• Solid expertise in Pega Manual Testing.
• Proven experience in creating and executing test cases and test plans.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated testing tools.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with performance testing and security testing.
• Experience in working with CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in QA, with a focus on manual testing in Pega environments.
• Relevant certifications in QA or software testing are a plus.
