Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Success Associate role based in Hyderabad. The Customer Success Associate will manage day-to-day interactions with customers, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and issues and promoting a positive experience throughout the customer lifecycle. Responsibilities include onboarding new customers, providing ongoing support, monitoring customer usage and feedback, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve satisfaction and retention. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs, preparing reports on customer metrics, and contributing to process improvements that enhance service quality. The associate will regularly engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings, maintaining clear documentation of all interactions.

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Engagement and Customer Support abilities to build trust and respond effectively to customer needs.
• Focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention,



with a track record of nurturing long-term relationships and reducing churn.
• Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
• Prior experience in customer success, account management, or customer support roles is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with CRM or customer support tools and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) is beneficial.
