Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions at the Cuttack location, ensuring effective staffing, employee engagement,



and compliance with relevant policies and labor regulations. This full-time, on-site role includes managing recruitment and selection processes, coordinating onboarding and induction programs, and supporting workforce planning aligned with business needs. The HR Manager will develop and implement HR policies, handle performance management cycles, and support learning and development initiatives for employees and managers. Day-to-day responsibilities also include managing employee relations, resolving workplace concerns, overseeing payroll inputs and attendance records, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and reports. The role involves close collaboration with leadership and functional teams to strengthen culture, improve retention, and support organizational growth within the agricultural machinery and services sector.
