About the Role As a Business Development Executive (B2C), you will be on the frontlines of our growth. You’ll connect with potential customers, uncover their needs, showcase Prosperr’s powerful AI tools through live demos, and close deals. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment with a robust focus on outbound sales and building long-term customer relationships.

What You'll Own:
• Outbound Growth: Execute high-volume outbound calling and multi-channel outreach to generate and qualify potential leads.
• Demo to Close: Conduct compelling product demos and effectively communicate the value of Prosperr.io’s AI solutions.
• Full-Cycle Sales: Drive prospects through every stage of the sales pipeline from initial contact to successful closing.
• Customer Retention: Build and maintain strong,



trust-based relationships with customers post-sale.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with Customer Success and Tax Advisory teams to ensure seamless onboarding and zero friction.
• Market Awareness: Stay sharp on market trends, competitor moves, and fintech developments.

What We Look For:
• 1–3 years of experience in B2C inside sales or outbound sales.
• Proven track record of demo-based selling and target achievement.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to translate technical or financial product features into simple benefits.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Science, B.Tech, or MBA.
