About the Role:
This role sits across three things: returns, analytics, and warehouse operations.
You’ll own the returns function end-to-end across our D2C,



B2B and retail channels, build the reporting and dashboards that give ops daily visibility, and work inside the live warehouse flow across our 3 fulfilment centres.
It’s a build role — you’ll be setting up processes and reporting from the ground up, not maintaining what already exists.
Project-driven, 3 months. You’ll be measured on what you ship.

What You’ll Own:

1. Returns & QC - D2C, B2B and Retail
• Own the returns flow end-to-end across all channels — customer returns, exchanges, RTO and RTV
• Build the SOPs for B2B and retail returns: inwarding triggers, TAT, ownership, and clear QC bucketing (pass, fail, damage, discard)
• Define segregation rules so retail and B2B inventory stays cleanly separated, and handle exception cases with a documented approach
• Track QC outcomes on returned inventory, monitor recovery rates, and flag where value is leaking
• Build daily reporting on what cam
