As we prepare to expand our reach, we are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing and student acquisition initiatives.

About the RoleWe are seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager who can develop, execute, and optimize performance-driven marketing strategies for our NEET-focused EdTech platform.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in mobile application marketing, paid advertising,



conversion optimization, and customer acquisition.
You will be responsible for driving measurable growth across the complete student acquisition funnel, from initial awareness and app installations to student registrations, paid subscriptions, and retention-focused campaigns.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, creative experimentation, and the ability to independently manage performance marketing campaigns and advertising budgets.

Key Responsibilities1. Growth Strategy & Student Acquisition
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital growth and student acquisition strategies.
• Drive app installations, student registrations, and paid subscriptions through targeted campaigns.
• Identify, evaluate, and scale effective student acquisition channels.
• Build and continuously optimize marketing and conversion funnels.
• Develop referral, re-engagement, and retargeting campaigns to improve conversions
