Role Description The Sales Head for Mumbai is a full-time, on-site role responsible for leading and expanding regional sales operations for Schell India Pvt. Ltd. This position oversees sales strategy and execution, including pipeline development, key account management, and achievement of revenue and growth targets in the Mumbai market. The Sales Head will manage and mentor the sales team, conduct regular performance reviews,



and ensure effective territory coverage and customer relationship management. Day-to-day activities include meeting with clients and channel partners, negotiating contracts and pricing, coordinating with marketing and operations for product availability, and monitoring market trends and competitor activities. The role also involves preparing sales forecasts and reports, participating in trade events, and ensuring adherence to company policies and brand standards.
