About the RoleYellowmatics.ai is looking for responsible and detail-oriented Program Managers to manage end-to-end training program delivery and serve as the primary point of contact for partner colleges.

Key Responsibilities• Manage training programs from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with partner colleges, placement officers, trainers, and internal teams.
• Plan training schedules, trainer allocation, and program logistics.
• Monitor training progress, attendance, feedback, and delivery quality.
• Ensure training activities are completed within the planned timelines.
• Handle college requirements and resolve program-related issues.
• Maintain program reports, documentation, and regular status updates.
• Ensure effective communication and smooth execution across all stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria• Any UG/PG graduate.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.




• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good planning, time management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to take ownership of multiple training programs.
• Freshers graduating in 2027 are eligible for the internship; graduates from 2026 and earlier are eligible for the full-time role.

Compensation & Benefits• 2027 Pass-outs: Internship with a stipend of ₹7,000 per month.
• 2026 & Earlier Graduates: Full time position with ₹1.8–2.0 LPA CTC.
