Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Salsify Product Experience Management (PXM) initiatives. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will serve as a Team Lead and Consultant, guiding a specialized unit in optimizing product data and digital experiences. This position is critical for driving the strategic implementation of the Salsify platform, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and fostering a culture of technical excellence and mentorship within the IT Services sector. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the Salsify ecosystem while demonstrating strong leadership capabilities to manage complex software development lifecycles and agile project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership to a team of consultants, focusing on the successful deployment and configuration of the Salsify PXM platform.

• Oversee the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for PXM-related projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.





• Architect robust software solutions and manage integrations between the Salsify environment and various enterprise systems to ensure data integrity and flow.

• Lead the adoption of Agile methodologies across the team to enhance project delivery speed, quality, and adaptability to changing requirements.

• Act as the primary technical authority for troubleshooting complex issues related to product data management and platform performance.

• Mentor junior team members, fostering professional growth and ensuring high standards of technical competency and best practices.
