Suraj Estate Developers Ltd. is looking for a well experienced and performance-driven Closing Manager – Sales to join our team in Mumbai.
We are seeking a professional with strong expertise in residential real estate closures, customer negotiations, high-value transactions and booking conversions, preferably with direct experience working with real estate developers.

? Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end residential property closures, from customer negotiations to booking conversions.
• Handle HNI clients and high-value property transactions.
• Drive booking conversions and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Manage pricing discussions, customer objections and commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate with internal sales, CRM and documentation teams to facilitate smooth closures.
• Maintain robust customer relationships and contribute to overall project revenue.





✅ Mandatory Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: A Minimum 4+ years of dedicated experience in Real Estate Closing only.
• Current Role: Must currently be working in a dedicated Real Estate Closing role.
• Industry Background: Candidates must have relevant experience working directly with real estate developers. Candidates from real estate broking firms will not be considered.
• Compensation: Expected CTC preferably between ₹12–14 LPA, with a maximum stretch to ₹16 LPA.
• Designation: Candidates should be at an appropriate level for a Closing Manager position. Profiles at significantly more senior leadership levels, such as Director, Vice President or equivalent, will not be considered.
• Closing Track Record: Demonstrated experience in residential project closures, customer negotiations, booking conversions and high-value transactions is essential.
