Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Australia. This role is responsible for identifying and developing recent business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with individual clients and corporate partners, and promoting Esse India’s Canada immigration and visa consulting services. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, conducting client meetings and presentations,



coordinating with the consulting team to align service offerings, and negotiating proposals and contracts. The role also involves tracking market trends, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and collaborating with marketing to support campaigns that drive client acquisition and brand awareness. The Business Development Manager is expected to meet revenue targets while ensuring a professional, ethical, and client-focused approach.
