Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bathinda, responsible for managing customer accounts and supporting key business relationships. The role includes overseeing order processing, coordinating with production and logistics teams, and ensuring timely delivery and billing accuracy. The Account Manager will monitor account performance, prepare regular reports, and address client queries or concerns to maintain high levels of satisfaction.



Daily tasks also include collaborating with internal stakeholders on pricing, contracts, and credit terms, as well as identifying opportunities for account growth. The role requires maintaining updated records, following internal controls, and contributing to continuous improvement in account management processes.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong account management and client relationship skills, including experience handling multiple accounts and resolving customer issues.
• Candidates should possess commercial and financial acumen, such as understanding of billing, pricing, credit control, and basic financial reporting.
