Rafan Group is seeking a technically oriented Business Development Manager with a strong,



hands-on SEO background to help build and grow our digital marketing vertical.Based in Kerala and reporting directly to our head office in Qatar, you will support our group companies across multiple industries while developing opportunities with external clients in India, Qatar, and the wider GCC.

This role combines technical digital marketing expertise, business development, and team leadership. You will be responsible for acquiring clients, developing effective digital solutions, and building a team under your leadership as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities
• Work on the internal business of our existing brands and companies with SEO social media as well as work on the recent projects
• Hiring of team and bustling of processes
• Develop and execute a business development plan to grow our digital marketing services and recurring revenue.
