Punekar Cotton is looking for a detail-oriented and financially sound professional to manage our end-to-end accounting, GST compliance, financial reporting, and expense management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end accounting, including sales, purchases, payments, receipts, and bank reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.
• Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, input tax credit reconciliation, e-invoicing/e-way bills where applicable, and filings through the official GST portal.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, business expenses, and working capital.
• Analyse expenses, identify unnecessary costs,



and suggest practical ways to reduce expenditure.
• Track where the company's money is being spent and provide regular financial reports to management.
• Ensure timely tax compliance, proper documentation, and coordination with auditors, consultants, and banks.
• Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations.

What we're looking for :

CA Inter/Bcom/ PG in Finance or Commerce. Solid grounding in bookkeeping, reconciliations, GST and TDS. Comfort with loan documentation, cash flow, budgeting and cost control. Solid Excel and accounting software skills.
