Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and organized Media Coordination Executive to support media outreach, manage communication with media representatives, and coordinate day-to-day media-related activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to manage frequent calls and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities• Coordinate with journalists, media representatives, and publication contacts.
• Make approximately 50–80 calls per day for media coordination, outreach, and follow-ups, depending on assigned tasks.
• Share relevant updates and information with media contacts.
• Follow up on press releases, media coverage, and publication-related activities.




• Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and follow-up status.
• Coordinate with internal PR teams to ensure timely communication and execution.
• Prepare and update media trackers, reports, and contact databases.
• Handle professional conversations with clarity, courtesy, and confidence.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and support the smooth execution of media assignments.

Required Skills and Qualifications• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in making calls and conducting professional conversations.
• Ability to manage multiple follow-ups and coordination tasks.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
