AsanAssociateConsultant–Azure&Microsoft365Support, you will be responsible for managing incidents and service requests in linewithcustomerexpectationsandservicelevelagreements.Youwillactasatrustedtechnicaladvisor,supportingcustomersacrossAzureandMicrosoft365platformswhilecontributingtoserviceexcellenceandoperationalsuccess.

KeyResponsibilities:

- Manageandresolveincidents,requests,andescalationsrelatedtoMicrosoftAzureandMicrosoft365services.
- ServeastheprimarypointofcontactforcustomersregardingAzure-relatedtechnicalissuesandservicerequests.
- TroubleshootcomplexissuesacrossAzureinfrastructure,MicrosoftEntraID,ExchangeOnline,andSharePointOnlineenvironments.
- Collaboratewithconsultants,engineers,andsupportteamstoensuretimelyissueresolution.
- SupportAzureservicesincludingMonitoring,LogAnalytics,Backup,Networking,andplatformadministration.
- Drivecustomercommunicationduringcriticalincidentsandprovidetimelyupdatesthroughouttheresolutionlifecycle.
- Applyadvancedtroubleshootingtechniquestoidentifyrootcausesanddelivereffectivesolutions.
- Contributetoknowledge-sharinginitiatives,technicaldocumentation,andcontinuousserviceimprovementactivities.
- Coachandmentorjuniorteammembersbysharingbestpracticesandtechnicalknowledge.




- EnsureallactivitiesaredeliveredinaccordancewithestablishedITILprocessesandcustomerSLAs.

Job Requirements

- ExperiencesupportingandadministeringMicrosoftAzureandMicrosoft365environmentsinacustomer-facingtechnicalrole.
- StrongknowledgeofMicrosoftEntraID,ExchangeOnline,SharePointOnline,andMicrosoft365administration.
- Hands-onexperiencesupportingAzureservicesincludingMonitoring,LogAnalytics,Backup,andNetworking.
- Understandingofidentityandaccessmanagement,authentication,cloudsecurity,andhybridcloudenvironments.
- KnowledgeofActiveDirectory,WindowsServeradministration,andcoreinfrastructuretechnologies.
- Stronganalytical,troubleshooting,communication,andcustomerserviceskillswiththeabilitytoworkeffectivelyinacollaborativeglobalteam.
