About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage our daily supply chain operations. In this role, you will coordinate shipments, track inventory, and communicate with carriers to ensure our goods are delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities

· Shipment Coordination: Arrange, schedule, and track inbound and outbound shipments.

· Documentation: Prepare and verify shipping documents, invoices, customs paperwork, and delivery receipts.

· Vendor Management: Maintain daily communication with freight forwarders, couriers, and warehouse teams.

· Inventory Control:



Monitor stock levels and reconcile inventory data within our logistics tracking system.

· Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot delivery delays, damaged goods, or routing issues in real time.

Qualifications

· Experience: 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).

· Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics/ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or TMS).

· Attributes: Strong communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
