Experience: 5+ years in HR, preferably in a school/education environment
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing for teaching and non-teaching positions.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, attendance, leave and employee records.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage payroll coordination, performance appraisal and employee grievances.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Handle employee engagement, training and development activities.
- Maintain HR documentation and confidential employee data.
- Coordinate with the Principal/Management on HR-related matters.
- Support disciplinary actions and maintain a positive work workplace.
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
