About the Role We are looking for an experienced and people-centric HR Manager to build and strengthen JustAct's people function. The role will be responsible for attracting and retaining high-quality talent, ensuring statutory and HR compliance, and fostering a high-performance, values-driven culture that supports our rapid growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, execution-oriented, and passionate about building an organization where great people thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead end-to-end talent acquisition across business, technology, operations, and leadership functions, ensuring timely hiring of high-quality talent.

● Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organization design, and talent strategies to support business growth.

● Drive employee onboarding, performance management, career development, succession planning, and retention initiatives.

● Build and strengthen a high-performance, values-driven culture through employee engagement, recognition, and people development programs.

● Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, processes, and HRMS to create a scalable people function.

● Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, payroll processes, HR documentation, and internal governance requirements.

● Coach and advise managers on employee relations,



performance issues, conflict resolution, and people management best practices.

● Design and execute learning and development initiatives to build leadership capabilities and enhance employee effectiveness.

● Track and analyze HR metrics including hiring, attrition, engagement, productivity, and retention, providing actionable insights to leadership.

● Drive continuous improvement in HR operations, employer branding, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness. Candidate Profile We're looking for someone who is:

Required Skills:

● Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding

● Experience in Performance Management and Employee Engagement

● Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory HR compliance

● Hands-on experience with HRMS and Microsoft Office

● Solid stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills

● Ability to build scalable HR processes and drive organizational change

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline

● MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred

● Experience in a technology, SaaS, startup, or professional services organization will be an added advantages.
