ScanPay is growing its Risk Operations team and is hiring a Risk Analyst focused on transaction monitoring. You'll work closely with Risk and Technology team in a fast-paced startup setting where ownership and building processes matter.

What you'll do

- Monitor payment activity and review transaction monitoring alerts
- Identify unusual or suspicious transaction patterns and investigate them
- Document findings and keep case records accurate and on time
- Help refine monitoring rules, thresholds, and risk controls
- Support automation and process improvements in the monitoring workflow

What we're looking for

- 2-3 years in FinTech, Payments, Banking, Fraud
- Positive understanding of transaction monitoring and payment risk concepts
- Strong analytical and investigative skills with attention to detail
- Clear written communication for case documentation
- Comfortable owning work independently and collaborating across teams
