Job Title: Junior IT Recruitment & Candidate Delivery Executive

Employment: Full-time, Remote

Experience: Fresher with relevant training or up to 1 year in recruitment

Fixed Salary: 10,000–15,000 per month, based on skills and experience

About the Role

Support QERIONN's recruitment team by speaking with candidates, screening profiles against job requirements, coordinating assessments and interviews, and following up through offer and joining.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand job requirements and screen CVs for relevant skills and experience.
- Speak with candidates to confirm interest, location, current and expected salary, notice period and availability.
- Conduct initial screening using an agreed questionnaire; record accurate responses.
- Explain the role, employment terms and recruitment process clearly.
- Coordinate assessments, track completion and follow up on pending steps.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate availability and feedback.




- Discuss salary expectations within the approved range; escalate exceptions and final offer decisions.
- Follow up on offers, documents, joining dates and candidate dropouts.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, consent and recruitment status in QERIONN's platform.
- Source candidates through approved channels when required.
- Share daily progress and flag blockers promptly.

Required Skills

- Clear spoken and written communication.
- Positive candidate handling, follow-up and organisational skills.
- Basic familiarity with IT roles and resume screening.
- Ability to learn recruitment tools and maintain accurate records.
- Comfortable working remotely with a laptop, reliable internet and a quiet calling environment.

Preferred

- Recruitment internship or initial recruitment experience.
- Basic Boolean search and job-portal sourcing knowledge.
- Familiarity with ATS or recruitment trackers.

Technical assessments and final hiring decisions will be handled by the designated reviewers. This role coordinates assessments and initial screening.
