Role Description The Store Manager for Jaypore at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. will oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring a premium customer experience and consistent achievement of sales and profitability targets. This full-time, on-site role based in Kochi includes leading and motivating the store team, managing staffing schedules, and ensuring adherence to brand standards in visual merchandising and store presentation. The Store Manager will monitor inventory levels,



manage stock replenishment, and implement retail loss prevention practices to safeguard assets. The role also involves handling customer queries and escalations, driving customer satisfaction initiatives, reporting store performance metrics, and collaborating with regional and corporate teams on promotions, processes, and improvement opportunities.
Qualifications

- Strong store management capabilities, including experience in retail operations, team leadership, and performance monitoring.
- Customer-focused skills, such as Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a track record of delivering high-quality in-store experiences.
- Effective Communication skills to interact confidently with customers, team members, and senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including shrink control, compliance with policies, and responsible handling of store assets.
- Prior experience in fashion or lifestyle retail; experience in ethnic wear or premium brands is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze sales data, use POS and retail systems, and make data-driven decisions.
- Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and capability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Graduate degree or equivalent qualification in Retail Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
