About the Role

We are looking for a Procurement Executive who will be responsible for sourcing products, coordinating with suppliers, negotiating prices, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely procurement of materials as per company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Source products/materials as per company requirements.
- Obtain and compare quotations from multiple suppliers.
- Negotiate price, payment terms, delivery timelines, and other commercial terms.
- Prepare and process purchase orders (POs).
- Coordinate with suppliers for order confirmation and timely delivery.
- Follow up on pending orders, shipments, and deliveries.
- Maintain proper records of suppliers, quotations, POs, invoices, and procurement transactions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Accounts, and Logistics teams.
- Check product availability, pricing, MOQ, lead time, and specifications.
- Resolve issues related to shortages, delays, damaged goods, or incorrect supplies.




- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.
- Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure procurement is done according to company policies and approval procedures.
- Maintain regular procurement reports and MIS.

Required Skills

- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong vendor management and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to compare quotations and analyze pricing.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Robust coordination and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple requirements.
- Good understanding of procurement and purchase processes.

Preferred

- Experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, FMCG, trading, or export/import will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of ERP/CRM or procurement software is preferred.
- Knowledge of domestic and international sourcing will be an added advantage.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
