Position Overview

Vistar Logitek Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Accounts Manager to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and project-wise financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain monthly project-wise Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements.
- Prepare cash flow statements and conduct financial analysis.
- Monitor and control budgets and project-wise expenses.
- Manage accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Handle taxation-related activities and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
- Review and monitor day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Prepare financial reports and MIS as required by management.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders regarding financial matters.




- Support management in financial planning and decision-making.

Eligibility & Requirements

- MBA (Finance) preferred.
- Solid knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
- Working knowledge of Zoho Books / Zoho Accounting Software.
- Sound understanding of GST, TDS, and related tax compliances.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other computer applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary

50,000 – 60,000 per month, depending on qualification and experience.
