Position: AM- Product – Mattress
Reporting To: Product Head – Mattress & Foam
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the product lifecycle for mattress and foam products.
- Develop new products based on market trends and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with R&D;, production, and sales teams.
- Monitor product performance, pricing, and profitability.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis.
- Ensure product quality and continuous improvement.
- Support the sales team with product training and technical inputs.
Key Skills:
- Good knowledge of the mattress/foam industry and market.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good coordination with different teams.
- Valuable communication and leadership skills.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in the mattress/foam or related industry.
