Requirements

- - Certificate in Health & Safety Management will be advantageous.
- - NQF 4 (National Senior Certificate or Grade 12 or National Senior Certificate for Adults)

Key Responsibilities

- - Generate ad-hoc specific Health & Safety reports for management as required.
- - Update and submit accurate, correct Health & Safety information for internal and external reports within defined deadlines.
- - Administer safety accident/incident related documents effectively and manage the change control process.
- - Oversee that all existence registers are maintained.
- - Ongoing maintenance of system with management of change.
- - Update and submit accurate, correct Health & Safety information for internal and external reports within defined deadlines.
- - Accountable for day-to-day administrative functions.




- - Manage Health and Safety data to ensure consistent reporting from the transactional systems into the various group reports
- - Ongoing recommendation of system improvement.
- - Effective utilisation of Health & Safety systems.
- - Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to stakeholders.
- - Manage the distribution and compilation of Health & Safety communication material
- - Manage communication to Corporate and Functional Centres in the case of injuries, incidents, HPI (high potential incidents) and fatalities within the defined timeframes.

Additional Requirements

- - Valid driver's license (if applicable).
- - POPI Act compliant
- - Explicit security screening record.
- - Medically fit to work in the specific business area.
