Key Responsibility:
- Develop and deliver training programs on fashion, apparel, product knowledge, styling, fabrics, fits, trends, and collections.
- Train teams on fashion terminology, product features, USPs, customer profiling, and styling recommendations.
- Develop training modules, presentations, learning materials, assessments, and training activities.
- Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training across retail stores.
- Maintain training calendars, attendance records, training reports, and MIS.
- Travel to stores across locations as required for training and capability-building initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Robust knowledge of fashion, apparel, styling, fabrics, fits, and fashion trends.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong training and facilitation skills.
- Good understanding of fashion retail and store operations.
