Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Engineer, based in Jalandhar, with occasional opportunities for remote work. Responsibilities include assisting in the development, testing, and implementation of technical solutions, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and working closely with senior engineers on designing and improving warranty programs for clients. Additionally,



the role involves preparing technical documentation and participating in team discussions to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in engineering principles, system troubleshooting, and software tools relevant to product testing and warranty solutions
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical documents
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with teams and liaise with clients
• Proficiency in preparing transparent and accurate technical reports and documentation
• Ability to work in a hybrid work environment and manage time effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred) or an equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in warranty services, product testing, or a customer service role in the automotive or electronics ind
