Role Description The Customer Delight Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Jodhpur, responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences throughout the solar project lifecycle. This role includes managing customer interactions from pre-installation to post-installation, addressing queries, resolving issues, and proactively communicating project updates. The individual will collaborate closely with operations, sales, and technical teams to monitor service quality, track customer satisfaction metrics,



and implement improvements. Day-to-day tasks involve overseeing key customer accounts, coordinating timely responses, collecting feedback, and creating processes that enhance trust and long-term relationships with homeowners.

Qualifications
• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to manage expectations and provide clear, empathetic updates.
• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret customer feedback, track service performance, and propose data-driven improvements.
• Experience in Account Management, including handling multiple customer projects and coordinating across internal teams.
