1. Tourism Projects – Procurement & Project Development Expert – 1 Post
Graduate/Postgraduate in Architecture, Planning, MBA or equivalent, with 3–5 years of relevant experience. Must have experience in drafting tenders (RFPs/EOIs), preparing DPRs, concept notes, project proposals, PPTs and reports. Experience in tourism projects and government consultancy assignments is preferred.
2. Deputy Manager (Accounts Officer) – 1 Post: CA Final passed with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience. Must have knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial reporting, audit, statutory compliance, financial statements and project appraisal. Location: Head Office, Jaipur.
3. Assistant Manager – HR – 1 Post: MBA in HR/HRD with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Must have experience in recruitment, HR planning, employee records, performance management, HRMIS, employee engagement and implementation of HR policies. Location: Head Office, Jaipur.
4. Assistant Manager – IT – 1 Post:
Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of software development experience. Must have skills in application development and maintenance, database management, testing and troubleshooting. Knowledge of VB/VB.NET, C#.NET and Oracle is preferred. Location: Head Office, Jaipur.
5. Assistant Manager – Finance – 5 Posts: Graduate with JAIIB, MBA in Finance, CA Intermediate or CMA Intermediate, with at least 1 year of relevant experience in a bank, NBFC or financial institution. Must have knowledge of financial analysis, loan/project appraisal, cash flow analysis, loan monitoring, NPA recovery, OTS calculations and MIS. Location: RFC branches/offices across Rajasthan.
