Role Description The Front Desk Representative is a full-time, in office role based in Bhubaneswar. This position is responsible for welcoming visitors, managing reception duties, and ensuring a professional and courteous first point of contact. Day-to-day tasks include answering and directing phone calls, handling inquiries, managing visitor check-in and appointments, and supporting reservations or meeting room bookings as needed. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, maintaining a tidy and organized reception area,



and providing accurate information to clients, vendors, and guests. The Front Desk Representative also supports basic administrative tasks, such as handling mail and maintaining records, while upholding the company’s commitment to service and professionalism.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Receptionist Duties and Customer Service skills to manage visitors and inquiries effectively.
