Role Description The Field Sales Executive role is a full-time Techno-Commercial position based in
Ahmedabad. The person in this role will be responsible for meeting prospective and existing
customers, presenting the company’s mechanical and industrial engineering products, and explaining
technical features and perks. Daily tasks include generating leads, following up on inquiries,
preparing basic sales proposals, and maintaining accurate records of visits, calls, and deals in a sales
tracking system. The Field Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order
processing, delivery coordination, and after-sales support. This role also involves monitoring market
trends, gathering customer feedback, and reporting on sales performance to support business growth.
Qualifications




 Strong field sales and business development skills, including lead generation, relationship building,
and closing deals.
 Ability to understand and explain mechanical or industrial engineering products in clear, customer-
friendly terms.
 Effective communication and negotiation skills, with confident presentation abilities in English and
local languages.
 Basic proficiency in using computers and mobile tools for documentation, and online communication.
 Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to plan routes, manage multiple client meetings, and
work with minimal supervision.
 Prior experience in field sales, preferably in industrial, mechanical, or B2B sectors, is highly beneficial.
 Willing to travel within the given region.
 Minimum educational qualification of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a
related field is preferred.
