Key Responsibilities




 Provide executive and administrative support to the Managing
Director and his senior team by coordinating with various
departments. Liaise with various government departments, and
authorities, both in Central & State, on various ongoing matters
there s.
 Supervise personal property management, including
documentation, maintenance, vendor coordination, service
requirements, and related administrative activities.
 Organize and coordinate management meetings, sales review
meetings, business discussions, presentations, and follow-up
actions.
 Attend official correspondence, reports, presentations,
documents, and management communications.
 Should handle travel, accommodation, events, exhibitions,
conferences, and other logistical requirements.
 Contribute to corporate communication, LinkedIn and social
media activities, branding, advertising, and creative initiatives.
