Job Description – Junior Designer

Company: Anamika Fashionwears and Exports Private Limited
Location: Kolkata | Experience: 0–2 Years

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in developing garment designs, prints, embroideries, and new collection concepts.
• Prepare design sheets, mood boards, colour palettes, and technical details.
• Conduct research on fashion trends, fabrics, colours, and embellishments.
• Coordinate with sampling, merchandising, and production teams for design execution.
• Ensure designs meet brand aesthetics, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
• Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to designs and samples.

Required Skills
• Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.




• Basic knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, prints, and embroidery.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and valuable coordination skills.

Selection Process
Candidates must complete a design assignment within approximately 48 hours of receiving the brief. Selection will be based on creativity, technical skills, and understanding of the design brief.
