About the Role
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience running paid campaigns across Google and Meta, for B2B, B2C and D2C clients.
Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting across accounts
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize for CPL/ROAS/conversions
• Prepare performance reports and share insights with the strategy team
• Stay updated on platform changes and ad policy updates
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Proven experience managing both ad campaigns
• Solid analytical skills — comfortable with campaign data and reporting tools
• Bangalore-based or willing to relocate; must be able to work on-site
