Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development and Marketing role based in Bhubaneswar for a professional with approximately 16 years of experience.



The role involves developing and executing business growth strategies for print, television, radio, theatre, and digital media properties, with a focus on revenue expansion and market penetration across Odisha and beyond. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing current business opportunities, managing key client relationships, leading lead generation campaigns, and coordinating marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence and audience engagement. The position requires close collaboration with editorial, sales, digital, and operations teams to design integrated media solutions, pitch value propositions, and track performance against targets. The role also includes mentoring junior team members, preparing business reports and presentations, monitoring competitor activity, and recommending data-driven improvements to marketing and sales strategies.
