Role Description The Area Sales Manager/ASE – GT – Personal Care, Bangalore South India at Akava Luxury is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.



This role is responsible for driving general trade sales for the personal care category, managing distributors and retailers, and expanding market presence in the assigned territory. The individual will plan and execute sales strategies, ensure effective merchandising, monitor stock levels, and track sales performance against targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include regular market visits, relationship-building with trade partners, negotiation of commercial terms, and ensuring timely execution of trade promotions and activations. The role also involves analyzing market trends, providing feedback to the management and marketing teams, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to optimize product availability and visibility.

• Proven experience in general trade sales, preferably in personal care, FMCG, or related consumer goods categories.
