Experience

2–4 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign management, lead generation and performance

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and manage Google Search, Display, YouTube and App campaigns.
• Develop lead generation campaigns for stock market courses, demo classes and broking services.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and audience targeting.
• Optimize campaign performance to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead (CPL).
• Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, ad scheduling and geographic targeting.
• Write compelling ad headlines, descriptions and calls to action.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager,



Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads.
• Analyze campaign metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rate and ROAS.
• Create and test multiple ad creatives, landing pages and campaign variations.
• Monitor search terms and maintain negative keyword lists.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with the sales team to evaluate lead quality and improve lead conversion.
• Ensure advertising campaigns comply with Google Ads policies applicable to financial services and education.
